Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a core part of my occupational therapy practice — a powerful way to meet life’s challenges with greater calm, clarity, and resilience. A regulated nervous system is a key to health and mindfulness is one of the most efficient and long lasting ways of developing this skill.Mindfulness in Practice
Learn simple breath and body-based tools to ease overwhelm, build emotional balance, and reconnect with what truly matters. These sessions are grounded in Compassion Focused Therapy and support long-term wellbeing — not just in moments of stillness, but in everyday life.
Why Learn with a Clinician?
Mindfulness may seem simple — but it can stir deep emotional currents. As a trauma-informed occupational therapist, I offer a safe, supportive, and personalised space where you can explore these practices gently, with care and clinical insight.

Families and children - I run a small in person clinic for families and children in France. As a sensory-informed Occupational Therapist, I offer a gentle, relational approach to child development, specialising in supporting children with sensory processing differences, autism, ADHD, and emotional regulation needs. My practice is intentional and moves away from clinical rigidness to prioritise deep presence, safety, and the power of play. I use meaningful activity as my primary intervention tool, harnesssing the natural rhythms of daily life to foster growth and independence. Based in France and working primarily through local connections, I strive to create a grounded, calm space where children and their families feel truly seen, ensuring that therapy remains a supportive and human-centered journey rather than just a series of assessments. To read more about my work please visit:
