Occupational Therapy supports wellbeing through meaningful activity and mindful engagement with daily life. Each person’s path is unique — much like a personalised workshop, or atelier, where thoughtful exploration and creativity shape the therapeutic process.Support begins by identifying what truly matters and what challenges may be present — physical, emotional, sensory, or cognitive. Through tailored strategies, the aim is to foster greater participation, autonomy, and balance.Mindfulness is woven throughout the approach, encouraging presence, self-awareness, and compassion in everyday routines. Occupational therapy at The Wellbeing Atelier reconnects individuals with the activities that bring clarity, purpose, and joy.So what do I do — and what can OT do for you?
I help people find practical, compassionate ways to manage the emotional and physical impacts of change, illness, or simply the ups and downs of daily life. I offer tools to help you feel more grounded, better resourced, and more able to respond to whatever life is currently asking of you.
I work with both adults and children, looking beyond diagnoses to understand your unique experience. Therapy is always tailored — no two sessions are alike — but all are collaborative, activity-based, and rooted in your real life and goals.Click the play button to meet me.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a core part of my occupational therapy practice — a powerful way to meet life’s challenges with greater calm, clarity, and resilience. A regulated nervous system is a key to health and mindfulness is one of the most efficient and long lasting ways of developing this skill.Mindfulness in Practice
Learn simple breath and body-based tools to ease overwhelm, build emotional balance, and reconnect with what truly matters. These sessions are grounded in Compassion Focused Therapy and support long-term wellbeing — not just in moments of stillness, but in everyday life.
Why Learn with a Clinician?
Mindfulness may seem simple — but it can stir deep emotional currents. As a trauma-informed occupational therapist, I offer a safe, supportive, and personalised space where you can explore these practices gently, with care and clinical insight.
What to Expect
Each session includes a short check-in, gentle movement, a guided meditation, and a simple tea ceremony — a quiet ritual that marks the shift from practice to daily life. This act of mindful tea drinking becomes a reminder that presence and peace are available even in the most ordinary moments. You’ll leave each session with take-home tools to support ongoing practice.
All you need is a quiet space, something to sit or lie on, and a drink of your choice.Group Sessions
Fridays, 9–10am CET

About me

I’m a British-trained occupational therapist, registered in France, with over 25 years of clinical experience supporting adults across a wide range of healthcare settings. I offer a safe and supportive space for individuals living with chronic, complex, and often deeply personal health challenges.Life isn’t always easy, but I believe that where we place our attention and how we spend our time can shape not only how we cope, but how we grow. I work alongside each person to help them reconnect with what matters most, rediscover joy in the everyday, and create moments of meaning and balance—even in the midst of difficulty.Because after all, how we spend our moments is how we spend our days—and that becomes how we spend our lives
